There are several reasons this could be happening:
- Short timeframes or exclusions
- Providers aren't on the schedule
- Location is listed as closed
- WebOpeningsis not enabled in SalonBiz Central or other POS system
- Duration times not set for web services (verify in POS)
- Staff not assigned to their new "web" services
