We have availability, but no appointments are showing up on the booking page for WebOpenings

There are several reasons this could be happening: 

  • Short timeframes or exclusions
  • Providers aren't on the schedule
  • Location is listed as closed 
  • WebOpeningsis not enabled in SalonBiz Central or other POS system
  • Duration times not set for web services (verify in POS) 
  • Staff not assigned to their new "web" services
