Meevo - Reschedule a REACH Appointment

How do I Reschedule a REACH Appointment in Meevo?

There are three ways for you to reschedule an appointment, keep in mind rescheduling these appointments is the same as you would do for any appointment within Meevo.

1st Option - Drag and Drop

1. While in your appointment book, locate and click on the appointment you wish to reschedule to open up the smart receipt window.


2. While the smart receipt window is open, click and drag the appointment to the new date and time and release.

2nd Option - Cut

1. While in your appointment book, locate and click on the appointment you wish to reschedule to open up the smart receipt window.

2. Select Cut.

3. This will populate a box on the right-hand side of your screen.

TIP: You can select/cut multiple appointments at one time to reschedule and save time.

4. Click to highlight the appointment you would like to reschedule.

5. Click on the date/time on the schedule you would like to insert this appointment.

3rd Option - Edit

1. While in your appointment book, locate and click on the appointment you wish to reschedule to open up the smart receipt window.

2. Select Edit.

3. Choose a new date/time you would like to change this appointment to.

4. Click Save.
