REACH - How to Schedule a Report in Reputation Radar

REACH by Octopi allows merchants the added benefit of being able to manage and respond to reviews made about their Salon/Spas directly within the platform. While you can log in daily and see your reviews in near real-time, you can also schedule a report to be built and delivered to you automatically. 

Simply log into REACH, navigate to "Reputation Radar" and click on "Manage Reputation" in the upper right-hand of the page. From here click "Reporting" and then "Schedule". Once you fill in a few required report settings you will be able to start receiving emails that will provide you with useful data on how your business is seen through the eyes of your clients.
