What are exceptions?
Exceptions will allow you to remove a Service Provider or Service from being displayed during certain dates you specify. This could be useful during Bridal or Prom seasons and you needed to temporarily remove a service or providers from online booking during a few days/weeks.
Start by selecting the Provider/Service that you wish to remove from being offered for online booking through REACH. Select the Start/End Dates (you can click “Add Date” to add additional dates) You can Also add additional Providers/Services by clicking the “Add Provider +” button and then adding dates for that Provider/Service.
You do not have to worry about saving, as this page will autosave your progress.
