Getting started with Client Connect

Select Client Connect on the left-hand side navigation bar

This takes you to your Active Campaigns. The REACH AI has Optimized and activated your campaign settings already so no additional steps need to be taken. However, should you wish to edit these settings, click the blue Edit button, then click the radio button next to Personalize.

 

There are 5 separate campaigns to choose from. Please note - Client Connect campaigns evaluate data only after the campaign is activated. The different Campaigns and the setting options that are currently available are:


Frequent – This campaign rewards your clients who visit your store frequently.

• You can determine the frequency of days visited to qualify to receive the email.
• The timeframe to consider them frequent, how many times in last month, quarter, or year has the guest visited your business.
• Offer Type (Percentage Off Purchase is the ONLY option at this time)
• Percentage Off (the exact percentage of the incentive)
• Minimum Purchase (If Required) NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE AT THIS TIME
• Offer Validity (Time to Expire or Never Expires)

Rescue– This campaign allows you to configure offers and incentives for clients who are slipping away. Please note - the Last Minute Appointment emails/texts provide a more personalized client retention communication workflow. The Rescued Client campaign is more of a backstop in the event that the Last Minute Appointment emails/texts were unsuccessful in retaining a client. 

• Purchase Threshold - (You can set the number of days without a visit to qualify.)
• Offer Type (Percentage Off Purchase is the ONLY option at this time)
• Percentage Off (the exact percentage for the incentive)
• Minimum Purchase (If Required) NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE AT THIS TIME
• Offer Validity (Time to Expire or Never Expires)
• Number of Days (How long to allow the offer before expiration)

Big Spender – Reward regular customers who spend the most with you.

• Purchase Threshold (what is the amount you consider qualifying as a Big Spender)
• Offer Type (Percentage Off Purchase is the ONLY option at this time)
• Amount Off (the exact percentage for the incentive)
• Minimum Purchase (If Required) NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE AT THIS TIME
• Offer Validity (Time to Expire or Never Expires)
• Number of Days (how long until the offer expires)

Welcome – Recognize customers who have joined your program with their first redeemable offer. (New Clients in Scheduling Software)

This campaign may be sent with or without an attached incentive offer.

• Optimized, will simply send a Welcome Message (you can click Preview Email to read Welcome Message)
• Personalized will allow you to include an Offer in the email. Check the Included box to create the offer that your customer will receive with their Welcome Email.
• Offer Type – (Percentage Off Purchase is the ONLY option at this time)
• Percentage (the exact percentage for the incentive)
• Minimum Purchase (if required) NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE AT THIS TIME
• Offer Validity – Time to Expire or Never Expires

Birthday – Celebrate your customer's birthday with a reward.

•Offer Type (Percentage Off Purchase is the ONLY option at this time)
• Amount Off (the exact percentage for the incentive)
• Minimum Purchase (If Required) NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE AT THIS TIME
• Offer Validity (Time to Expire or Never Expires)
• Number of Days (how long until the offer expires)
