REACH - An Old Service is showing on my Category Card

When you remove or delete a Service inside of your POS system, we do not automatically remove the Service from your Category Cards. Since the Service no longer exists on your POS and is not a bookable service any longer, it will not be presented to clients via any booking options.

If you wish to remove it from your view on the Category Card, you can log into reach.octopi.com and locate the Service Category inside of the Autofill Agent section of the platform. Select "Personalize" on the Category Card and click the "x" next to the Service you wish to remove and click Save.

If you Personalize a Category Card and then select Optimize, any edits that were previously done will be undone and the Category Card will revert back to the way it was prior to your edits.
