REACH - An Old Provider Showing Up In REACH Category Card?

Currently, when a provider leaves your business and they are deactivated/terminated inside of your POS, they are not automatically removed from the REACH Category Card. However, since they are inactive in your POS they will not show up on the booking page as they have no availability.

You can either leave them on the Category Card, which has no impact, or you can Personalize your Category Card and remove them. 


*Please note that if you Personalize a Category Card, edit it and then switch back to  Optimized mode your previous edits will be undone.
