REACH - Can't see a New Service in REACH?

Why is a new service in my POS not available inside of REACH?

When you add/remove a New service inside of your POS, it is pulled over to the REACH platform but it is not automatically enabled in the appropriate category card.

If you wish to activate your new service(s) on REACH, then login to reach.octopi.com and navigate to Autfull Agent. Locate the Service category that you believe your new service will be located in, select "Personalize" on that Category Card. Select the desired service name from the items on the drop-down list and click "Save".

 

If you Personalize a Category Card and then select Optimize it will overwrite your previous edits and remove the Service that you just added.
