REACH - Can't See a New Provider?

Why can I not see a brand new provider in REACH?

When you add a New provider into your POS system, they are pulled over to the REACH platform and added to the appropriate Rule Cards, but they are not Automatically added as active.

Go to your Rule Cards inside the Autofill Agent section of REACH, locate the appropriate service category card, select "Personalize" and then select the desired provider from the drop-down list.

This will add the new provider, and they can now be booked online for Last-Minute appointments and cancellations through the REACH platform.
