REACH - Managing and Responding to Reviews with Reputation Radar

(Currently available to Meevo merchants)

  • Click The Reputation Radar Icon

  • Here you can monitor your public reviews (note – it may take up to 24 hours for new reviews to appear)

The 3 top larger boxes will contain all the reviews we have located for your business all-time. The list of reviews under those boxes will contain reviews that have been found within the last 30-days and are constantly updating.

  • Click Manage Reputation

  • After you click on Manage Reputation a new page will open, from there click Reviews

  • You are now able to see any reviews that have been made for your business, you can click on Respond to reply to a reviewer. (The first time you respond you will be required to login to the corresponding social media account that the review was left on.)

Example: if it is a Google review then you will be required to log in to your Google Business account.

Responding to all reviews can increase your SEO based on Google being able to see your history of review communication.
