What do these data points mean?

The Last-Minute Appointments Communication details consist of multiple data points to give you a comprehensive performance overview. Below are these data points explained and how they are calculated.

Total Revenue Earned

This is the total amount of revenue earned from all sources of traffic to the online booking experience. (Email, direct link, website widget)

30 Day Trend

This trend time frame will show you the current 30 day period. i.e. 2/18/20 - 3/18/20

Emails Sent

'Emails Sent' is the total amount of emails sent over the 30 day period indicated above. The percentage arrow up or down reflects the increase/decrease of emails sent compared to the previous 30 day period.

Email Open Rate

'Email Open Rate' is the percentage of the total number of clients who opened an email over the 30 day period indicated above. The percentage arrow up or down reflects the increase/decrease of emails opened compared to the previous 30 day period. 

Click Through to Booking

'Click Through to Booking' is the percentage amount of clients that have clicked on a link in the email over the 30 day period indicated above. The percentage arrow up or down reflects the increase/decrease of links clicked compared to the previous 30 day period. 

New Sign Ups

'New Sign Ups' are the total number of new clients that have signed up for an account in the booking module over the 30 day period indicated above. The percentage arrow up or down reflects the increase/decrease of new sign ups compared to the previous 30 day period. 

Total Booked

'Total Booked' reflects the total number of clients that have completed the booking process and successfully scheduled an appointment over the 30 day period indicated above. The percentage arrow up or down reflects the increase/decrease of new appointments booked compared to the previous 30 day period. 

Booked by Channel

The channels listed here show you the percentage of clients booked out of the total amount of clients booked.

  • 'REACH EMAIL' - the percentage of all client appointments successfully booked where the client had clicked on a link within the LMA communication email.

  • 'OTHER' - the percentage of all client appointments successfully booked where the client had accessed your online booking experience from any other source other than the LMA communication email. Examples: The client clicked on a link located within your website for LMA booking; or may have clicked on link added to a social media post for LMA booking; or a client may have bookmarked the site and returned to it on their own (outside of email) and successfully booked an appointment.
