Once within the 24 hours to service time, WebOpenings will not allow the guest to cancel their appointment through the WebOpenings portal. Therefore, if there is a cancellation request, this will have to be canceled by you (the business) through the WebOpenings portal.
Note: WebOpenings support will NOT process any cancellation requests. If a guest reaches out to WebOpenings, we will refer them to contact you (the business) so you can enforce any policy you have in place.
Follow the steps below to cancel an appointment on WebOpenings:
1. Go to www.webopenings.com and click on Sign In
2. Once logged in, navigate to the My Appts tab
3. Click on the pencil to the left of the appointment you wish to cancel
4. Select Cancel Appointment & Refund
